Development Audits
Spur & Sprout supports nonprofits who are look to reinvigorate their fundraising efforts through development audits. This includes a deep dive into 10 years of fundraising data, reviewing current and existing plans, and interviewing key stakeholders who know the organization best. The final product includes recommendations, milestones, and a work plan.
Grant Writing
Our agency is equal parts grant writer, advisor, and organizer! Not only do we get your grant projects over the finish line, but we meet with key team members on a biweekly basis to ensure a cohesive grant strategy exists for the organization. Grant awards don't stop at the award notification, and neither do we. Grant Research
We help nonprofits feel confident that no stone is left unturned when it comes to potential grant revenue sources. Our research projects take 8 weeks from start to finish, and the final product includes a list of all grantors researched including rationale for recommendations and next steps.
